 Product Description

This 70-floor, 872-foot (266 m) centerpiece of Rockefeller Center, known now as the GE Building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza ("30 Rock") is centered behind the sunken Ice Rink in the plaza. The building is the setting for a very famous photograph taken by Charles C. Ebbets in 1932 of workers having lunch, sitting on a steel beam. The skyscraper is the headquarters of NBC and houses most of the network's New York studios, including the legendary Studio 8H, home of Saturday Night Live. This beautiful photograph captures the incredible building through the trees in the plaza below. The bright white lights adorning the trees act as stars against the dark New York sky.
